3D Printer

The digital 3D printer, is an advanced new generation device. It enables us to print tooth models quickly and accurately.

The 3D printer is connected with an intraoral scanner, where our patient’ s digital images are collected, and through a design software, we are able to print digital models similar to our patient’ s mouth image or digital models with the final treated result.

The models are then cleaned in a special Ultrasonic device and then placed in a UV polymerization machine in order to complete their manufacturing process.

With these models, we can examine the orthodontic problem, or we are able to manufacture clear aligners.

The aligners are straightening our patient’ s teeth, by moving in stages of 0,25mm towards to their ideal position.
